Roles & Responsibilities As .NET Lead & Scrum Master / Engineer

  • Play front-and-center role in Agile, responsible for making sure teams correctly follow the rules and principles that govern scrum
  • Coach the team on how to estimate and also participate in the estimation during the planning meeting
  • Coordinate sprint retrospective, quality assurance team & product owner meetings
  • Track the progress and help the team to achieve the given commitment
  • Coordinating the application release/deployment with the organization change management and job management Teams
  • Resolve technical/non-technical impediments and distractions for the development team, insulating them from external disruptions whenever possible
  • All the reporting about the progress of the. Risk, issues, challenges, achievements, success, failure, improvements etc will be reported to the higher management on both the sides customer and internally
  • Involved in ITIL disciplines as incident management, problem management, change management, release management and configuration management tracked using the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), which records each process, and creates output documents for traceability.
  • Managing requirements, solutions definition, decision making, measuring performance, handling issues & risks for applications, development, quality assurance and implementation adhering to CMMI Level 3.0 processes.
  • Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
  • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
  • Using all fusion source control system to manage all source code versions in all the projects. Preparing project related QMS documents as per the CMM level 3 standard
  • Upgrading application performance, dependability and fault tolerance capabilities. Reviewing code for technical quality and adherence to standards.
  • Monitoring related web sites such as other research organizations, development agencies and provide information to make improvements for software solutions
  • Providing assistance to maintain website format and navigation to ensure continuity and standardization, and to provide for ease of updating
  • In collaboration with the Information communications technology unit, track, evaluate and report usage of the IWMI website and intranet, and recommend improvements for increased effectiveness and efficiency
